Allure at Dockside is owned and operated by the Axial Group of Companies who for more than 20 years have operated one of Australia’s most successful private training companies, Axial Training.

Axial Training is an industry leader and this expertise combined with the amazing facilities and staff of Allure at Dockside presents the Allure at Dockside Cooking School.  Classes are held at our wonderful Kangaroo Point location overlooking the Brisbane River.  The idea is for a fun, relaxed setting where we can come together and share our love for food.

At each class participants will be given clear, easy to follow demonstrations from our qualified chefs as well as detailed hands-on tuition as you prepare your own completely delicious lunch.

We aim to deliver a personal cooking experience for all participants, accordingly class size limits do apply.  Typically our classes book out quickly so in order to secure your place please do not delay in making your booking.

Join our French master-chef Aanat and learn to navigate your way through some quintessential, classic French cooking.

From the prep to the sauce and plating it like a pro – our Classic French class will have your next dinner party guests shouting “Bravo” at your amazing new culinary skills.





Pasta Masta – $150.00

There’s more to pasta than bolognaise and in this class our chefs will have you thinking outside the pot to reveal the hidden inner-marvel of good old pasta.  From a fresh slant on a couple of classics to dishes that will blow your palate away this class will shed new light on this staple dish.
